Grove Farm Rangers formed last June starting with 5 lads building up to 25 players. The team have enjoyed their training throughout and are extremely enthusiastic. The team was initially started by Ray Reynolds who now shares responsibility for the team with Mark French. Due to the size of the group , the players have now split into two teams, the other team being the Sharks.
The Rangers have played a number of friendlies prior to the league experiencing winning , losing and drawing which, hopefully, will stand them in good stead when they enter the U8's League this coming season.
Throughout the summer, the Rangers have enjoyed playing in a number of tournaments, the pinnacle of which was reaching the semi finals in their own Grove Farm tournament at the end of May.
Mark, Ray and the team are very much looking forward to the start of the season as they begin their football in earnest in the league.
